Nordic Credit Rating (NCR) said today that it had assigned an 'N3' short-term issuer rating to Sweden-based property manager Bonnier Fastigheter AB, in accordance with its revised short-term rating scale. At the same time, the 'BBB' long-term issuer rating on the company was affirmed. NCR also assigned an 'N3' short-term issuer rating to AB Bonnier Fastigheter Finans (publ). The 'BBB' issuer rating and the 'BBB' senior unsecured issue ratings on the company were affirmed. The outlook on both companies is stable. The ratings are no longer under criteria review.
