Our 'A-' long-term issuer rating and negative outlook on Norway-based savings bank lender Kredittforeningen for Sparebanker (KfS) are unchanged following today's notice that the member representatives have approved the company's proposal to transition into a limited liability company. This decision was in line with our expectations and consequently does not affect our assessment of KfS' creditworthiness.
