Rating Analyst based in our Stockholm-office

Job overview
Join Nordic Credit Rating as a junior analyst and help strengthen transparency and trust in Nordic financial markets. You will gain hands-on experience in financial modelling and credit analysis, developing insights that shape key decisions. Responsibilities

  • Work closely with senior analysts to assess the credit quality of Nordic bond issuers.

  • Prepare financial models, write credit rating reports, and present findings internally.

  • Collaborate on projects that enhance analytical models and internal tools.
  • Engage in meetings with companies and other market participants, providing insights and building relationships.

Qualifications

  • A master’s degree in finance, business analytics, industrial engineering, or a related field.

  • Recent graduate or up to two years of full-time work experience.

  • Relevant experience from internships or part-time roles is a plus but not required.

  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability, supported by a solid academic foundation.

  • This is a bilingual role – Swedish fluency is required alongside strong English skills.

  • Clear and effective communication skills – both in writing and speaking.

  • A curious mindset and motivation to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
