This End User License Agreement (the "EULA") is between Nordic Credit Rating AS (the "Data Provider", “NCR”) and you as an individual user (the "User"). This agreement applies to your use of any ratings- and research data downloaded from nordiccreditrating.com (the "Website").
1. General Terms
This EULA governs the User's access to, and use of any ratings- and research data (referred to as "Content") provided on the Website. It applies unless there is a Licensing Agreement between the User (or their company) and the Data Provider. In case of any conflict between this EULA and other agreements, the Licensing Agreement shall take precedence.
By accessing the Website or downloading any Content, the User agrees to this EULA. If the User disagrees or lacks authorization, access to the Website is prohibited.

3. Terms of Use and Restrictions
3.1 Term
This EULA begins upon acceptance and continues as long as the User accesses the Website or is in digital or physical possession of the Content.
3.2 License Grant
The Data Provider grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable right to use the Website and its Content for personal, internal business purposes only. No other rights or licenses are granted.
4. License Restrictions
Unless explicitly allowed, the Content cannot be redistributed in any form by the User without written consent from the Data Provider. The User may incorporate the Content into presentations or reports if NCR is credited.
Prohibited actions include copying, storing, scripting, or systematic downloading of the Content without written consent from the Data Provider. The User must not disassemble, reverse engineer, or modify any part of the Content.
5. Database and Intellectual Property Rights
The Content is a protected database under applicable laws, and the Data Provider holds exclusive rights to its use. Users are not granted any rights to the Content beyond this EULA.
6. Limitation of Liability
Access to the Website and Content is at the User's risk. The Data Provider is not liable for any damages unless caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct and only for direct damages legally permissible.
7. Changes to this EULA
The Data Provider may amend this EULA, with Users bound by any changes by continuing Website use.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This EULA is exclusively governed by the laws of Norway, with disputes resolved at the District Court of Oslo as first legal venue.
