Askim & Spydeberg Sparebank is an independent Norwegian savings banks formed through the merger of Askim Sparebank and Spydeberg Sparebank in 2015. The merged entities date back to 1988 and 1859, respectively. Its core market is the northern region of Østfold county and the district of Follo. Retail customers, agricultural borrowers and SMEs account for its core customer base. The bank also owns a real estate agency. The largest owners are two foundations, which own most of the bank's equity capital certificates (ECCs).

Trøndelag Sparebank was created in April 2023 through a merger between Hemne Sparebank (established in 1865) and Åfjord Sparebank (established in 1902). Trøndelag Sparebank has five branch offices. In addition, the bank owns a real estate agency and three accounting firms. Its primary market is the coastal region west of Trondheim in Trøndelag county, but since the merger it has been attracting customers from elsewhere in the county. The bank is a member of the Eika Alliance, an association of small and medium-sized Norwegian savings banks.

Today, Bien Sparebank operates as an independent savings bank with one office centrally located in Oslo, which, together with bordering municipalities, constitutes the bank's core market.
