Resurs Bank provides consumer loans via point-of-sale payment solutions for retail and e-commerce partners as well as direct marketing channels in Scandinavia. The bank was founded in 1977 and has had a Swedish banking licence since 2001. It has two main divisions – Payment Solutions and Consumer Lending. The Payment Solutions division acts in partnership with retailers and provides financing for large consumer goods and services. Resurs Bank is part of Resurs Holding, which is a private company owned by Ronneby UK Limited, a consortium controlled by long-term owners Waldakt AB and CVC Capital Partners.
