Askim & Spydeberg Sparebank is an independent Norwegian savings banks formed through the merger of Askim Sparebank and Spydeberg Sparebank in 2015. The merged entities date back to 1988 and 1859, respectively. Its core market is the northern region of Østfold county and the district of Follo. Retail customers, agricultural borrowers and SMEs account for its core customer base. The bank also owns a real estate agency. The largest owners are two foundations, which own most of the bank's equity capital certificates (ECCs).

Trøndelag Sparebank was created in April 2023 through a merger between Hemne Sparebank (established in 1865) and Åfjord Sparebank (established in 1902). Trøndelag Sparebank has five branch offices. In addition, the bank owns a real estate agency and three accounting firms. Its primary market is the coastal region west of Trondheim in Trøndelag county, but since the merger it has been attracting customers from elsewhere in the county. The bank is a member of the Eika Alliance, an association of over 50 small and medium-sized Norwegian savings banks.
JBF Sparebank is a mid-size Norwegian savings bank, originally established in 1885 by and for employees in the railway industry. Railway workers constitute the core customer base, but the bank is now open to all retail customers.
Elopak is a Norway-based carton packaging manufacturer and distributor with operations in more than 70 countries. In addition to the production and distribution of carton packaging, Elopak manufactures aseptic filling machinery, sells and distributes new machinery for packaging fresh products from partners, and provides service and maintenance support. Since its establishment in 1957, the company has been majority-owned by family-owned investment holding company Ferd AS. Following its IPO in July 2021, Ferd AS's ownership was reduced to 60%.
Agder county was established in 2020 following a merger of the former counties of Aust-Agder and Vest-Agder. Occupying an area of 16,500 sq km, it is the southernmost of Norway's 15 counties and ranks seventh in terms of population with over 300,000 inhabitants. Agder contains 25 municipalities. The two largest cities are the county capital Kristiansand and Arendal.

In 2006, three large independent salmon farmers (Pan Fish [Mowi], Marine Harvest and Fjord Seafood) merged to establish The Marine Harvest group, which changed its name back to Mowi in 2018.
